EHR
ClevEHR
Electronic health record (EHR / DPI). Managing clinical activity and patient follow-up in a hospital information system.

Andry Rabezanahary
Healthcare and laboratory IT: I run and integrate hospital applications — EHR, HL7 flows, interoperability and Mirth — then the RUN and DevOps of the systems.
02 Healthcare IT
Technology in the service of healthcare. At KHEOPS Technologies, I handle application operations and integration in healthcare IT: hospital information systems, EHR, medical biology, patient pathways, HL7 interoperability, Mirth EAI and data flows.
EHR
Electronic health record (EHR / DPI). Managing clinical activity and patient follow-up in a hospital information system.
BIO
Centralization of lab results. Laboratory / medical biology integration and physician ↔ lab exchanges.
FLOW
Patient traceability and geolocation, journey reconstruction, flow optimization (operating rooms, emergency) — patient pathway.
LINK
Digital exchanges between healthcare professionals and patients, for smoother and more personal care.
VOICE
Voice transcription of clinical data. Vitals dictated by the physician or nurse, structured then integrated into the EHR after validation.
03 Career
The LinkedIn timeline, as a path: from application integration to healthcare IT.
Integration and operations of KHEOPS healthcare applications in Geneva (ClevEHR EHR, Imeds biology / labs, KLS patient pathway, JustLink, ScribEHR). HL7 interoperability, MIRTH EAI, interfaces and data flows, databases, hospital application users. Infrastructure and server monitoring, logs, Grafana, OpenSearch, Uptime Kuma. Ansible / Git automation. The role includes application support and deployment — support remains a means; operations and integration are the core of the work.
Same period in Haute-Savoie: supporting development teams, coordinating engineering and operations, documenting for support, tracking incidents, improving the solution based on observed use.
IT change manager, Département de la Haute-Savoie. Application integration, inter-application flows, technical testing and qualification, SQL Server, architecture, operations / development coordination.
Département de la Haute-Savoie. ITIL procedures, keeping systems operational, L1/L2 diagnostics, tracking calls through to resolution, user training, documentation, data security.
IT and point-of-sale terminal technician (JDC, then P&CE OMC Gervais). Owner of the sole proprietorship Beza Concept: troubleshooting, technical assistance, close to the user.
Département de la Haute-Savoie, Annecy. Novell-to-Windows estate migration, level-3 support (line-of-business applications, network, workstations), Active Directory, office training for staff. Telecom assignments: IP, PBX, field projects (Glières, GERONTIC).
04 Skills
Five territories, one system: operations, integration, interoperability, AI, then support as a career foundation.
Keep the hospital information system running, deploy, qualify, go live, and make systems talk to each other — rather than stacking them.
Use, integrate and operate AI in IT systems, data and business processes — automation and analysis support, not a data-scientist profile.
Fully web-based applications, websites, and maintainable personal products.
Hold the line between business intent and technical reality.
L1 / L2 / L3 support feeds operations: diagnose, restore, document, then improve the RUN.
05 Selected work
Assignments and deliveries: healthcare IT, public-sector integration, and BezaCast as an infrastructure and monitoring ground.
Current role · KHEOPS Technologies
Hospital IT and digital health. I integrate and operate the fully web-based software from kheops.ch in the healthcare information system: EHR (ClevEHR), laboratory results (Imeds), traceability and patient pathway (KLS), clinician–patient link (JustLink), voice transcription into the record (ScribEHR). HL7 interoperability, MIRTH EAI, application interfaces, data flows, databases, infrastructure monitoring (Grafana, OpenSearch, Uptime Kuma), Ansible / Git automation, and integration of AI tools into IT workflows.
Role Operations, application integration, interoperability, monitoring — support as backup
Public sector · 2019–2023
IT change manager and line-of-business software integrator. Inter-application flows, data integrity, technical testing and qualification, operations / development coordination, SQL Server, architecture, documentation for RUN continuity.
Role Application integrator, operations, change management
Personal project
Webradio management SaaS: administration, client space, DJ console, monitoring, API, Docker. A ground for operations, integration and automation outside the salaried role. Infrastructure and server monitoring, logs, Grafana, OpenSearch, Uptime Kuma.
Role Operations, development, infrastructure, monitoring
06 Project management
From scoping to operations, without a break. Business and engineering stay on the same board.
Business ↔ engineering: the same lifecycle. Kanban for progress, a roadmap for the horizon, architecture so the system stays in view.
07 Career foundation
The profile does not stop at the commit. L1 / L2 / L3 application support, incident analysis and resolution: a foundation in the service of operations.
08 About
Professional identity of Andry RABEZANAHARY, as published on rabezanahary.com.
Andry RABEZANAHARY is an IT professional. His website rabezanahary.com is the official source of his professional identity online, independent of any employer. He is also on LinkedIn and GitLab.
His work covers IT and application operations, application integration, and healthcare IT: hospital information systems, electronic health records (EHR / DPI), HL7 interoperability and EAI (Mirth), data flows. In that hospital context, HL7 exchanges notably cover patient movements (ADT), orders (ORM) and examination results (ORU).
On the infrastructure side: Linux and Windows environments, Docker, monitoring (Grafana, OpenSearch, Uptime Kuma), automation (Ansible, Git). Artificial intelligence is a complementary skill: using, integrating and operating generative AI tools in IT systems, data and processes — not a data-scientist profile. L1/L2/L3 application support is part of the career path, not the main positioning.
An IT professional whose official identity is rabezanahary.com. IT operations, application integration, healthcare IT, interoperability and AI applied to IT systems.
IT / application operations, application integration, hospital IT and EHR, HL7 / EAI / Mirth, data flows, Linux / Windows / Docker, monitoring, automation, data and generative AI.
Integration and operations of hospital applications: EHR, medical biology, patient pathways, and flows within a healthcare information system. Application support remains a foundation of the career path.
Making healthcare applications exchange data through HL7 and an EAI (Mirth): interfaces and flows, including ADT, ORM and ORU message types (identities / movements, orders, results).
Integration of generative AI tools and automation (Ansible, Git, workflows) for data analysis and business processes — not ML research or data science.
Healthcare applications, packaged-software integration, infrastructure and monitoring, and the personal project BezaCast (webradio SaaS, API, Docker).
